We specialize in small scale residential construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and remodels. Our concentration is on tiny homes, ADU’s and off grid builds.

Even if your construction is off grid, our team of architects, engineers and HVAC specialists are still involved. The safety and longevity of your dwelling is as important to you as it is to us!

All of our professionals have their license. 

Within 4 weeks or as soon as the authorities involved give the go ahead (whichever is soonest). Our team will be on site beginning your construction in accordance to the plans established in the architectural meeting. Alternatively, we can also build prefab offsite while we wait for the municipal requirements to be met. 

At Off Grid Builds, we offer turn key projects therefore, everything that is needed based on the municipal and provincial regulations for a fully functIonal home is included in our prices.

Great question and the answer is even better! At no extra cost, you will be given the luxury of establishing your floor plan with our talented architect… At the architectural meeting, our architect will offer you 3 floor plans to choose from and you can even tweak those to your liking!
